Field SOAP Note is designed with your privacy in mind. The app operates entirely on your device and does not collect, transmit, or share any personal or medical data.

Data Storage

All data you enter into Field SOAP Note, including patient information, vital signs, assessments, and notes, is stored locally on your device. No data is sent to any server, cloud service, or third party.

Data Collection

Field SOAP Note does not collect:

Personal identification information
Location data
Usage analytics or telemetry
Device identifiers
Any health or medical data beyond what is stored locally on your device

Third-Party Services

The app does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

PDF Export

When you export a PDF, the file is generated locally on your device. Sharing the PDF is handled by your device's built-in share functionality. We have no access to exported files.

Data Deletion

You can delete any SOAP note at any time from within the app. Uninstalling the app removes all stored data from your device.

Children's Privacy

Field SOAP Note does not knowingly collect any information from children. The app stores all data locally and does not transmit any information.

Changes to This Policy
