How do I delete a note?

Swipe left on any note in the main list to delete it. You can also delete all data by uninstalling the app.

How do I share a SOAP note with EMS?

Tap the "Export PDF for EMS Handoff" button at the bottom of any note, or use the export button in the toolbar. This generates a PDF you can share via AirDrop, email, or any other method.
